Set above the vineyards of Cogolin in 6 acres of private land and surrounded by the Massif des Maures, this air conditioned villa not only holds spectacular views of the rural countryside, but the bustling market town of Cogolin is only 5 minutes away (market days are on Wednesday and Saturday – not to be missed). Whilst perfectly situated in a tranquil location, the nearest beach is only 20 minutes away and Saint Tropez is just 13km down the road.

The ground floor of the villa comprises a spacious and open plan living/dining room with direct access to the gardens, salt water swimming pool and terraces with natural shade. There is also a large kitchen, larder/laundry room, office, summer dining room opening on to the gardens, shower room and WC. The villa has three double bedrooms; one of which is situated on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom. On the first floor you will find the remaining two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC.
